Review and Development of GK Policies

MoRPH is pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive policy review and development project for Ganashastho Kendro, one of Bangladesh’s most respected and longstanding non-governmental organizations.

Scope of Work

As part of this assignment, MoRPH conducted an in-depth review and modernization of several core organizational policies and manuals, including:

* Human Resources Policy

* Anti-Fraud and Whistleblowing Policy?

* Financial Manual

* Procurement Policy

In addition to the review process, MoRPH developed two critical new policy frameworks to support strategic and programmatic effectiveness:

* Programme Development and Management Policy

* Risk Management Policy
